Before you read on I want you to know that all of my instructors have come into my life perhaps by coincidence however there are no coincidences in this world.

They are sweet souls and I honor them by what they are willing to give to the community and their love for wellness not by any degrees or titles that they may hold to their names.

Christina

Christina Pabers is completing her PhD, holds an Masters Degree in Chinese Medicine and a Bachelers Degree in Exercise Physiology and has served in the field of health and fitness for over 21 years. She teaches anatomy/physiology for the Naam Yoga Therapies Certification programs. She is the owner of the Acupuncture Natural Health Center in Camarillo, California. Christina gained her healing knowledge through over 12 years of direct study with Joseph Michael Levry, World Renowned Kabbalist, Master Teacher and founder of Naam Yoga Therapies.

Connie Ni

Connie Ni

Connie's passion is to bring out positive energy from others. Her teaching focuses on providing instructions for impeccable alignment and creating a safe and mindful yoga practice. As a mathematician, another of her passions, yoga has helped her balance her well-being and grow spiritually. She loves to share in and guide her students' journey of finding a genuine connection with themselves. Besides yoga, she enjoys hiking, running, and playing the piano.

Ericka Hansen Bryant, E-RYT, is a yoga instructor with seven years of experience teaching yoga and 20 years of experience in health and fitness. She has studied with many teachers, including Ganga White, Tracy Rich, Erich Schiffmann and Paul Grilley, among others.

Jeff

Jeff has been practicing Sahaja Meditation for 24 years. He started teaching in Manhattan and has traveled to India, England, and Italy on numerous occasions to attend International Seminars. He has worked closely with Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi (the founder) who worked with Mahatma Gandhi and has twice been nominated for the Noble Peace Price.

Lara has been a student of yoga for 11 years and has been teaching private/group instruction for 5 years. She has a deep understanding and much compassion for those new to the practice and for those with limited mobility.

Lisa

Lisa is a graduate of the University of Washington where she studied English Literature. She is a published poet. Her interests include yoga, hiking, cooking, and poetry. Lisa has had a life long interest in the benefits of healthy eating and lifestyles and raised her son and daughter on organic food and produce from her garden.

 
Maria

Maria

Maria has been practicing yoga for over nine years. In her own practice, Maria finds yoga to be incredibly beneficial in all aspects of her health and well-being: physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. She is an accomplished athlete with a background in bicycling, running, swimming and triathlon.

Nancy is RYT 200 certified and has been practicing yoga over 10 years. Primary to Nancy's teaching is technique and proper alignment, with equal intent to inspire individuals to experience the dimension yoga brings to fitness as the body and mind together build strength and well-being.

Paula

Paula

Paula is a Registered Yoga Teacher, Thai Yoga Therapist, and California State Certified Massage Therapist. She has been a student of yoga for more than 10 years, teaching for over 5 years, and practicing the art of massage since 2006. Paula has completed over 1000 hours of training in Massage and Yoga including her first RYT certification from Yoga Alliance approved 250 hour program at Moksana Yoga Center, in Victoria, B.C.

Vicki facilitates relaxation, increased strength, flexibility and clarity of mind through conscious breath and movement. When movement is practiced with ease, the result is greater ease in life, throughout the day. Vicki's philosophy is "Change your breath, change your life."

Yuri

Yuri has been a yoga practitioner for over a decade. His classes, which are filled with movement, meditation and mantra chanting, are known for their ability to invigorate, uplift and relax.
