Before you read on I want you to know that all of my instructors have come into my life perhaps by coincidence however there are no coincidences in this world.

They are sweet souls and I honor them by what they are willing to give to the community and their love for wellness not by any degrees or titles that they may hold to their names.

Cat Macary

Cat Is a RYT yoga instructor who has completed her 500 hours of training as well as completing Pre-Natal yoga training in Kundalini style with Golden Bridge Yoga.

She has been teaching since 2005 and often uses other  therapeutic elements such as using essential oils in her classes which add to her great teaching skills.

Connie Ni

Connie Ni

Connie's passion is to bring out positive energy from others. Her teaching focuses on providing instructions for impeccable alignment and creating a safe and mindful yoga practice. As a mathematician, another of her passions, yoga has helped her balance her well-being and grow spiritually. She loves to share in and guide her students' journey of finding a genuine connection with themselves. Besides yoga, she enjoys hiking, running, and playing the piano.

Dan received his RYT-200 certification through YogaWorks, where he also earned a certification in Ayurvedic Wellness Counseling."

I am  a Moorpark resident & a local Yoga teacher since 2004. I holds an E-RYT500 certification and am  passionate about helping my students slow down, breathe more deeply & move with intention. My classes embody the Yoga principals of steadiness & sweetness through strong flows, balance & core work, deep stretches, relaxation & meditation. I also teach kids & teen classes with creative flow, story, partner poses, meditation and art.

Kelly will be my partner in our Yoga Teacher Training program at SoulBody Yoga studio beginning January 2017.

Lara has been a student of yoga for 11 years and has been teaching private/group instruction for 5 years. She has a deep understanding and much compassion for those new to the practice and for those with limited mobility.

Lisa has been practicing yoga for over 15 years.  She is a certified 500RYT, E200RYT, and is extremely passionate teaching all body types.  She is inspirational and encourages everyone that change is possible when you are present and Look Inside®.  Lisa teaches core and balance, to build more confidence, courage and strength within your mind and body.

Liza began her yoga journey in early 2002, while in college studying Psychology and Physical Education. At first, yoga was just a weekly class, that she attended to stretch her sore muscles.  Having been an athlete her whole life; running, cycling, snowboarding and gym workouts, it only seemed right to practice yoga, too.  After years of injuries and a torn down body, she turned her heart to yoga fully.

Nicki

Nicki is a certified 500 RYT, Reiki Master, and Shamanic Practitioner. Her classes can be described as deeply nourishing for the soul with a focus on safety. Whether teaching Alignment Based Vinyasa Flow, Gentle or Restorative Yoga, her class is meditative and spacious. She encourages students to meet themselves where they are by listening to the body and making use of props and modifications when appropriate. She believes that Yoga is accessible for every-body and seeks to share that sense of equanimity that the practice provides, both on and off the mat.

Sreejith is a certified trainer of Heartfulness meditation. He has been practicing meditation for more than 10 years. Having experienced the immense benefit of Heartfulness meditation, he aspires for everyone to explore and experience meditation for their physical, mental and inner well-being.

Drawing on an extensive background in kinesiology, sport's medicine and rehabilitation, Tamara J. Walker, MS, ATC, RYT excels at analyzing movement patterns. In each class she teaches, Tamara looks for ways to optimize the way that students move, creating greater power and ease in each pose.

Thomas

Thomas

Thomas is a Los Angeles native and an executive at an area technology company. With a 50+ hour work week in the office and 15 hours a week commuting, he uses yoga to bring physical, mental, and emotional stability to life. Thomas is RYT 200 certified and by focusing his teaching on bringing yoga off of the mat and into daily life believes that every moment can be lived with intention and lead to a content and joyful life.

Yael

Yael  grew up  in a  a family where her mother was a yogi/ practicioner and teacher  of yoga and was her inspiration to follow the same path.

She  is a certified  & YA registered yoga teacher.Our members and I love her kind and compassionate style of teaching .
