A combination of traditional mat Pilates exercises and yoga with an emphasis on body-awareness and breathing. A full-body workout designed to increase flexibility, core-strength and endurance while improving balance, coordination and posture. All levels of fitness welcome. Please bring a yoga or Pilates mat, water and a hand towel.
